Theoretical Section 3 Macro-Structural Frameworks

The theoretical sections in this model begin with providing a large contextual picture and narrow down to a more localized contextual picture in the context of inter-dimensional, perceptual field dynamics, cosmological, ontological, and planetary systemic and exacerbatory systems dynamics. It overviews the mission and the barriers in relationship to putting a new model in place. This portion of the theoretical sections overviews the macro-structural context and frameworks within which the model is built.

Theoretical Section 3 – Macro-Structural Frameworks

The theoretical sections in this model begin with providing a large contextual picture and narrow down to a more localized contextual picture in the context of inter-dimensional, perceptual field dynamics, cosmological, ontological, and planetary systemic and exacerbatory systems dynamics. It overviews the mission and the barriers in relationship to putting a new model in place. This portion of the theoretical sections overviews the macro-structural context and frameworks within which the model is built.

Volume 8 – Book of Cosmology and Ontology, The Big Picture – This volume begins with a survey of the different classes of cosmological models and then makes a conceptual bridge between these classes of cosmological understanding and ontological systems relating it to states of being on the scale of the individual and species. In the center of this discussion is the threefold inter-related dilemma that exist in the perceptual field and that is the inter-relationship between epistemology, self-identity and ontological frameworks. It deals with concepts like infinitely large and infinitely small, as well as the parameters and perceptions of time and temporal awareness in relationship to consciousness.

Volume 9- The Perceptual Field – The Inter-dimensional Reality and the Perceptual Field – This volume deals with a more granular and specific look at a singular cosmological understanding. It builds on the idea of separation and the creation of the realm of perception vs. knowing and the energetic and phenomenological realities that come along with it. It is a foundational work for Neoscience and other volumes in the set from a mathematical and theoretical standpoint. It outlines and defines the idea of dimensions and inter-dimensional relationships in the context of the broader ontological understanding model outlined in Volume 8.

Volume 10 – Mission and Vision – Realizing Higher States of Being and a New Golden Age for Humanity – This volume starts out with the mission of how we get from where we are to another level of existence both on individual level and on that of the species as a whole. It then proceeds to layout a vision within this context of what can be a reality and the potential for divergences and learning times in relationship to a spectrum of existence that ranges from dystopian to more utopian.

Volume 11 – State of the World – A Universal Cosmological and Ontological Perspective – drawing from the ground work laid in previous volumes the State of the world sets forth a large scale universal, galactic, planetary perspective about the state of world. These ideas are given contextual relevance as well as temporal context. Outlining why we are where we are in current timeframes and some of the macro and micro scale issues in relationship to this.

Volume 12 – First Time, Why We Are Where We Are – this volume is the first in a trilogy outlining three timelines. This one outlines the progression of national and global trends over the last 70 or so years, outlining the emergence of the military industrial complex, the petrochemical industry and other industries and political forces that have shaped the current state of affairs. It offers a perspective from a temporal standpoint of the choice points that brought us to where we are today.

Volume 13 – Second Timeline – Planet, People and Consequences – in this volume we outline the fallout of the decisions made over the last 70 or so years and the results and outcomes in terms of human cost – benefit analysis as well as the planetary ecological outcomes.

Volume 14 – Third Timeline – History, Development and how it came – This volume outlines detailed stories of how the BlueBook Series architecture came and the evolution of the technology and the personal journeys of those that put it together. It answers the question who are these people and why and how did they do this?

Volume 15 – The Universal Solution Model (USM) – The Architecture of Peace, and How We Get There – The USM is an all-encompassing model that lays out classes within the broader cosmological, ontological and epistemological picture. These universal classes can be utilized on levels from inter-stellar to planetary and intra-planetary levels. They form a framework for the current day and the future. Within this framework all the other solution models, management systems are built. These include the planetary solution model, the planetary management system, segment specific solution models and management systems, as well as expansion and contraction models. This volume outlines the broad scope of the model and the practical implementation of it. This scope is inclusive of eco-systems, training, and barriers to entry.

Volume 16 – Book of Neoscience – Is a handbook of Neoscience which literally means new science. It provides a comprehensive view of the scientific process and methods of scientific investigation. It posits that mind extends beyond what most people perceive as the senses or spatial-temporal domain that we find in biological mind theory. It provides an investigative methodology that is bases on coherence, contiguousness, and consistency as a basis for truth theory. It also provides the mechanisms by which we can determine and define life.

Neoscience brings together principles from many spiritual paths and disciplines and places them along side the scientific principles and discoveries found in nature. It posits a parallelism between the two as a foundation for scientific inquiry and a modified scientific process. It also provides a working terminology that combined provides a basis for scientific investigation and spiritual practice. This terminology is then used as a basis for the scientific method and a basis for both meta-language and navigation of the 3rd generation web architecture. It also provides a new principle based method that is not dependent on what are often “charged metaphors” in religious tradition.

Neoscience provides a common link between the Book of Quawn, The Book of Governance, The Book of Existential Rights. The Book of Quawn is about training those that choose a spiritual practice and the development of community. While the Book of Governance is predicated on foundational worldviews and understanding of human consciousness, and mechanisms of the 3rd generation web technology.

The Book of Existential Rights outlines the basic rights for the individual, the human species as well as other species and provides an intro-duction to the databases that classify sentient and non-sentient life and life systems all the way to the encompassing of a planetary eco-sphere. As such Neoscience acts to provide the investigative methodologies and mechanisms to undertake this classification.

The Book of Neoscience also provides the necessary intellectual framework to present a holistic and integrated understanding for the Medical Solution Model which encompasses Alternative, Eastern and Western medical practices.

The book also provides introduction to the number of databases that support neoscientific investigative methodologies and insights into consciousness stud-ies. The Book also provides supporting membership information for the Center for Neoscience.

Volume 17 – Book of Existential RightsThe Book of Existential Rights outlines the basic rights for the individual, the human species as well as other species and provides an introduction to the databases that classify sentient and non-sentient life and life systems, from the smallest micro-organism to holistic planetary ecosystems. It utilizes Neoscientific approaches to provide the investigative methodologies and mechanisms to undertake this classification. In the center of this discussion are the ideas of when does life begin and end? What right do we have to alter the genotype of a given species? The Book also provides supporting membership in-formation for the Center for Existential Rights.

Volume 18 – Inter-stellar, inter-planetary and planetary management systems – This volume deals with the large scale standards and systems for dealing with a not to distant future in relationship to other celestial bodies and inter-stellar considerations.

Volume 19 – Comprehensive Management Systems – Comprehensive management systems overviews how management systems work within an overarching framework that is predicated on some basic systemic foundations. Within this are the dynamics of check and balance systems, measurement and regulating exacerbatory occurrences, with the goals of stability, safety and security, but not at the expense of emancipatory shifts.

Volume 20 – Book of Governance - A New Meta-Level System of Governance  You will read about the basis for an informed population, contextual knowledge, a new knowledge representation environment, self-determination, and self-emancipation—all central to a new kind of governance model that is self-organizing, self-regulating, and self-refining. You will learn how issues today are multi-dimensional in nature, why issue-centric voting (ICV) is called for, and how impact studies and sphere of influence dynamics define a relevant demographic for a global voting population.

You will find out how the solution models provide a system where machine capabilities and human refinement capabilities work in partnership with each other to provide its own system of checks and balances.

Volume 21 – Book of Institutional Frameworks and Check and Balance Systems – One of the key elements of institutional models is their necessity to preserve and implement check and balance systems in the context of implementing the will of the population they serve. This book outlines these frameworks and structures.

Volume 22 – Book of Learning – Universal Education Standards and Modalities – This volume begins with the various levels of learning from reading, to meta-cognitive and meta-affective skills, to learning from guidance and finally through light languages and other ways of learning. It addresses the steps in self-directed learning paradigms and certification standards.

Volume 23 – Book of Data and Information Standards – The Academic Standard Institute (ASI) – One of the key components of an open democracy is validity of data and information. This book lays out various strategies for validating information.

Volume 24 – Critical Mass, Synergies and Co-evolutionary Forces These are exciting and challenging times in human history—I believe three major co-evolutionary initiatives will bring the human species to a whole new level of existence:

1. Most urgently on the macro-scale level, we need to put a new infrastructure system into place on Earth along with a Planetary Management System (PMS) that ensures existential rights for the individual, the species, and other species to create peace, possibility, and plenitude. This is of crucial importance as we approach the planet’s carrying capacity and recognize the necessity for resource management, life system support, and support for the interwoven fabric of life upon which we all depend. This provides a stable envelope within which all other things work.

2. We need to consider and plan for an infrastructure—in the not-too-distant future—that allows us to continue to reach out to new vistas and capabilities as they pertain to space exploration, energy production, deal with the possibility of collision by near-space objects, and onto general discovery initiatives.

3. On the micro-scale, we need to further explore the inner space of human consciousness as a predicate to our own evolution. Coupled with this, we need to look at our assumptions about sustainable practices, planetary carrying capacity, and our definitions of success. We need to re-address thinking such as planned obsolescence, slash and burn consumption, and economic considerations over resource management. Dealing with these issues requires a wholesale change in the direction of the human species as a whole and with that a change in our consciousness. The solution models provide mechanisms that are predicated on the structure of human consciousness itself. This provides a basis and invitation to use internal metrics as opposed to external ones as a means of defining self and success. As we move into the robotics era and a new Star Trek economy we will find these foundational principles most useful.
