The Book of Governance – Provides the foundations for Governance for the Global Nation. Providing a basic vision for where we are going, the choices that are before us and how we can get there.

It provides the foundational documents for the Virtual Global Nation Model / Global Nation and the primary mechanisms of governance that support an open Democracy. These documents are the Declaration of Existence, The Constitution and the rights document, The Declaration of Existential Rights.

These mechanisms are explained in detail and in conjunction with the 3rd generation web technology that makes them possible. It also provides introduction to supporting databases for participation in the Global Nation and mechanisms of governance utilizing the 3rd generation web technology. These in turn support the newly emerged planetary citizen and the citizen of humanity. Finally it provides a way to become a citizen of the Global Nation.
